As an athlete, whether training for a Jiu Jitsu Competition, a 5k or a marathon, to achieve your intention you require much more than just a training plan. You need fortitude. To reach your goals you require support for mind, body and spirit.


A perfect formula is unique to each individual athlete and Rishi creates a personal endurance performance strategy just for you. After completing a comprehensive assessment, he designs a three-segment strategy which includes:


  • Mind – tactics to support a balanced mental state, positive outlook and attitudes which support and propel your desired outcome  
  • Body – personal training and prehab (prevention) protocols
  • Spirit – Yoga, Breathwork, and Soul-connection tools


Rishi also provides support through weekly connection calls and offers you accountability and guidance during your collaboration together.


This program is for you if: you are an athlete in any genre of sport, he emphasizes in Martial Arts, Endurance sport




With any airport, port or train station pickup, you will automatically have included meet and greet, which means that one of our drivers will be waiting for you at the designated location (see pickup points* for more info) with a name board on display. You will also have all your driver/vehicle details provided prior to the journey.



We monitor your flight and reschedule your pickup time accordingly, should there be an earlier or delayed arrival. What this means in simpler terms… you provide us with the flight number and landing time; when the plane lands, our driver will be at the pickup point after 30 mins.
